Equipment Setup Safety

  • Screen and frame must be installed on level ground
  • Ensure all frame components are properly locked in place
  • Maintain a minimum 3-foot clearance around all electrical equipment
  • Secure all cables with tape or cable covers to prevent tripping hazards
  • Check wind conditions before outdoor setup (max wind speed: 15 mph)

Electrical Safety

  • Use only provided surge-protected power strips
  • Do not daisy-chain extension cords
  • Keep all electrical connections off the ground and away from moisture
  • Ensure proper grounding of all electrical equipment
  • Maximum load: 20 amps per circuit

Location Requirements

  • Indoor ceiling height minimum: 15 feet
  • Outdoor setup requires 20’ x 15’ level area
  • The surface must be dry and stable
  • No overhead power lines within 50 feet of the screen
  • Adequate ventilation for projector cooling

Weather Considerations

  • Do not operate in rain or severe weather conditions
  • Equipment must be immediately stored if weather conditions deteriorate
  • The screen must be taken down if the wind exceeds 15 mph
  • Avoid setup in areas prone to flooding or water accumulation

Emergency Procedures

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure adequate power supply (minimum 20-amp circuit)
  • Maintain clear access for setup and breakdown
  • Report any equipment issues immediately
  • Follow all provided safety instructions

Failure to follow these safety guidelines may result in equipment damage, injury, or termination of the rental agreement without a refund.
