Interactive and Inflatable Safety Rules

To ensure the safety of all participants and the proper use of our rental equipment, we ask that you follow these general safety guidelines:

1. Interactive Games

  • Supervision Required: An adult must supervise all interactive games at all times.
  • Weight and Age Limits: Please adhere to the posted weight and age limits for each game.
  • Setup Area: Ensure the setup area is free of obstacles and on a flat surface.
  • No Sharp Objects: Remove sharp objects such as keys, jewelry, or pens before participating.

2. Arcade Games

  • Indoor Use Only: Arcade games are designed for indoor use. Do not expose them to rain or extreme weather conditions.
  • Proper Outlets: Ensure arcade games are plugged into grounded electrical outlets.
  • Supervision: Children should be supervised when using arcade games to prevent damage or injury.

3. Backyard Games

  • Flat Surface Setup: Set up backyard games on a flat, stable surface to avoid tripping or game equipment tipping over.
  • Appropriate Use: Use the games as intended to prevent injury or equipment damage.
  • Adult Supervision: Ensure children are supervised when using backyard games.

4. Carnival Games

  • Safe Distances: Maintain a safe distance between players and bystanders.
  • Proper Use: Follow the rules of each game to ensure safe participation.
  • No Rough Play: Do not engage in rough play or horseplay around the equipment.

5. Concession Machines

  • Supervised Operation: Concession machines should be operated by an adult at all times.
  • Keep Away from Water: Keep concession machines away from water sources to avoid electrical hazards.
  • Cleaning Instructions: Follow provided instructions for cleaning after use to ensure safety and equipment longevity.

6. Dance Floors

  • Flat Surface: Ensure the dance floor is installed on a flat, stable surface.
  • Weight Capacity: Do not exceed the recommended weight capacity for the dance floor.
  • Non-Slip Footwear: Encourage participants to wear non-slip footwear to prevent accidents.

7. Canopies

  • Secure Setup: Ensure canopies are securely staked or weighted down, especially in windy conditions.
  • Proper Clearance: Maintain adequate clearance from power lines, trees, and other overhead obstructions.
  • Weather Awareness: Do not use canopies in extreme weather conditions such as high winds or lightning.

8. Tables and Chairs

  • Weight Limits: Respect the weight limits of the chairs and tables to prevent accidents.
  • Stable Placement: Place tables and chairs on flat surfaces to avoid tipping.
  • Supervise Children: Ensure children do not misuse tables and chairs (e.g., standing on chairs or tables).

9. Heaters

  • Safe Distance: Keep heaters at a safe distance from flammable materials like tents, canopies, or decorations.
  • Outdoor Use: Only use heaters in outdoor, well-ventilated areas.
  • Turn Off When Unattended: Always turn off heaters when they are unattended.

10. Audio or Sound Systems

    • Proper Connections: Ensure all audio equipment is connected to the correct power source and properly grounded.
    • Volume Levels: Keep volume at a reasonable level to prevent hearing damage.
    • Dry Area Setup: Set up audio equipment in a dry area, away from water sources to avoid electrical hazards.
