📏 Dimensions & Requirements:

  • Product Size: 10’ W x 10’ L x 10’ H
  • Space Required: 12’ W x 12’ L x 12’ H
  • Setup Surface: Grass, Concrete, Asphalt, or Wood Deck
  • Setup Time: Approximately 30 minutes
  • Access Pathway: Requires a minimum 6.5-foot-wide pathway to the setup location. The dunk tank is trailer-mounted and cannot go up or down stairs.

  • Setup & Teardown: Our professional team handles all setup and teardown procedures.
  • Additional Fees: Delivery, setup, cleaning, pickup, and gas fees will apply. Fees are subject to change with large freight orders.

💧 Customer Responsibilities:

  • Water Source: A garden hose filling the dunk tank is not included. Customers must provide their water source.
  • Filling & Draining: You are responsible for filling the tank before the event and draining it 30 minutes before pickup time.
  • Supervision: At least one adult supervisor is required during operation.
  • Safety First: Use at your own risk. We provide safety guidelines to ensure a fun and secure experience for everyone.

Safety Information

General Safety Requirements

  • Adult supervision (18+ years) is required at all times during operation
  • Maximum weight limit: 250 pounds
  • Minimum age requirement: 8 years old
  • Maximum occupancy: One person in the tank at a time
  • Keep all spectators at least 5 feet away from the dunk tank
  • No diving or jumping into the tank
  • No horseplay or roughhousing around the equipment

Operation Safety Rules

  1. Tank Entry/Exit

    • Use the provided ladder and steps only
    • Enter/exit the tank only when the seat is locked in position
    • No climbing on the outside of the tank
    • Keep hands away from the seat mechanism

  2. Participant Requirements

    • Must be able to swim
    • Must be wearing appropriate swimwear
    • No loose clothing or accessories
    • Remove shoes before entering the tank
    • No food or drinks in the dunk tank

  3. Weather Conditions

    • Do not operate during:
      • Lightning or thunderstorms
      • High winds (15+ mph)
      • Temperatures below 65°F
    • Discontinue use if weather conditions become unsafe

  4. Site Requirements

    • Must be set up on level ground
    • Maintain clear access to emergency exits
    • Keep electrical equipment at least 20 feet away
    • Ensure proper lighting for evening events

Health & Hygiene

  • Participants must:
    • Not have open wounds or infections
    • Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
    • Not participate if experiencing any illness
  • Water must be clean and properly maintained
  • The tank must be drained and cleaned after each event

Emergency Procedures

  1. In Case of Emergency

    • Clear the area immediately
    • Help participant exit the tank if needed
    • Call 911 if necessary
    • Have a first aid kit readily available

  2. Equipment Malfunction

    • Stop operation immediately
    • Contact Party Rentals CA support
    • Do not attempt repairs yourself

  • Use of the dunk tank is at your own risk
  • Party Rentals CA is not responsible for:
    • Personal injury
    • Property damage
    • Lost or damaged personal items
    • Accidents resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines
